(makes 4 servings)
Ingredients:
4 Tilapia fillets
1tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander
Pinch of cinnamon
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Pinch of Clove
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Wash and dry Tilapia fillet
2. Mix turmeric, ginger, coriander, clove and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
3. Rub spice mix into fish.
4.Sprinkle fish with sea salt.
5. In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. After oil is heated place fish, seasoned side down in skillet.
6. Cook for 4 minutes and then turn fish over. Cook fish for an additional 3 minutes or until center of fillet is opaque.
HINT: This recipe can be used for any fish fillet, increase cook time based on thickness of the fillet.
